Packages includes:
1. Accomodation for 3 or more nights in 4* Hotel , including of buffet breakfast & buffet dinner daily or in 3* hotel including of buffet breakfast
2. Transportation by air conditioned buses from Heraklion Port or airport to Hotels on the day of arrival and from Hotel to Heraklion Port or airport on the day of departure.
3. Transportation from Hotels to the venue of competition and vice versa, on 26,27, 28 & 29 April as per schedule below.
4. Transportation from the venue of competition to major sightseeing and vice versa, on 26,27, 28 & 29 April.

TRANSPORTATION
* Arrival Transfer from Heraklion port/airport by air - condition basses to collaborating hotels on
Meet & greet service - you will be met by "MRC 2024" sign and proceed to airport Booth No 28 Kourkounis Tours to register and receive the MRC Bracelet which you will need to have on during your stay as indication of your participation, to have access on busses as per scheduled transports.
Maximum waiting time at airport before transfer: 1,5 hours
*Please wear the Bracelet during your stay as persons without it will not be entitled to use the appointed busses.
* Departure Transfer from collaborating hotels to Heraklion port/airport by air - condition busses.
Pick up times from hotel's entrance will be communicated to you at least one day prior to departure by Hotels reception desk, or through the leader of your group .
*Please be on time at the meeting point as busses will not delay
* Shuttle Transfer service from collaborating hotels to the competition venue and vice versa, on 26th - 27th - 28th & 29th of April.

Reservations for the above transports which will be effected by two busses per time per itinerary will be available at Kourkounis desk located in the competition venue Admidance on busses, without prior reservation, will be subject to availability of seats.
** The meeting point for the return will be the point of drop off.
*** Guided tours to additional major sightseeing points will be available for sale at Kourkounis Tours desk that will operate in
the competition venue.
