🔍 RESEARCH - CREATE - INNOVATE - ENTREPRENEURSHIP
🎯 GOAL
The exhibition category is an opportunity to showcase innovation and creativity in robotics, artificial intelligence, automation, new technologies and related fields. The participants in it compete with the other teams and have the opportunity to show their project development and design to specialized judges of University Education and Researchers during the competition.
The competition simulates a realistic technology project exhibition, in which the contestants are the 'exhibitors'. The "exhibitors" are invited to "sell - promote" their product/idea to the Judges, who represent the "investors".
📖 Introduction
-
Today, many researchers and inventors of robotics and new technologies are developing a project with the aim of starting a start-up business or even securing a technological patent. This category provides an opportunity to showcase innovation and creativity in robotics, artificial intelligence, automation, new technologies and related fields.
-
The business model and commercialization potential of the ideas are the main objectives. All entering teams will have to think of a business model for their projects. They are encouraged to have a plan for selling their work in a professional environment with professional visitors. This rule is considered necessary for participants over the age of 13.
-
Through this category, participants can learn to look at problems around us and find the solution with their new technologies, hardware and software and apply it to see what happens if they try to sell it in the real market . The class through the whole process provides a little training on how start up companies start.
👥 Teams
Team must consist of 1 to 3 members
🧪 Examination method
The competition examines 4 stages:
1. Envelope
2. Kiosk

🏢 KIOSK
-
On the day of the event, participants have time to set up their stand. They should consider the size of their project and its display in their booth design. Booth space is unique and limited for all participants, so if their project is larger than the limited space, they should have adequate documentation and demonstration tools for their project.
-
All teams / creators should have a poster of their project in A1 paper size at their booth, the template of which remains free. Any other material they wish to promote their work is also allowed.
-
During the event, the Judges visit the booths, and the creators present their works. Then, the Judges proceed with questions and complete their scoring sheets. The judges are selected from University teachers as well as company executives and professional robotics researchers. Entrants must be available at their booth to demonstrate for judges and spectators during the show.
-
The approximate demo time for the judges will be given to the team/creator at the start of the event.
