GOAL
The goal of the Robot Athletes is to perform 5 of the 6 sports included in the track (Pentathlon).
There is a time limit, 4 minutes in each round. Each team will compete in 3 rounds.
TEAM - COACH
1. Teams and not individuals participate in the Games.
2. Each team can consist of two (2) – three (3) members.
3. Each team should nominate up to 2 Robot Technicians. Only Robot Technicians are allowed in the play area. The rest of the team will remain in the team area or watch the game from the audience. If a team does not adhere to the above rule and its members roam the field then the team will be disqualified.
4. The team is allowed to change technicians in each round in order for all team members to engage in the sport but this is not mandatory. A team cannot change their Technicians during a round.
5. Team members must be 10 years old (4th grade) and older.
6. The team coach must be at least 20 years old.
7. For smooth participation in the competition, the coach must necessarily have 1 assistant for each of his 3 teams that will participate in the competition.
8. Each team is allowed to have only one robot. It is strictly forbidden to change robots during the competition.
9. Teams are not allowed to share the same robot.
10. If a team has a serious problem with their robot they are only allowed to change the microprocessor or a faulty motor only after permission from the Headjudges.
ROBOT ATHLETE - ATHLETE CATEGORY
The Competition is for Lego Robot Athletes - Non Lego - DIY robots.
Robot Athletes will compete separately in each age category.

The Robot Athlete must be autonomous.

Its maximum dimensions must be 25 cm Width x 25 cm Length. There is no height and weight restriction.

Τhe Robot Athlete must fit inside one of the launch bases. After launch it can be expanded without restrictions.

The Robot Athlete must not wear or damage the track or pose a threat to spectators in any way.

The Robot Athlete must have a start and stop button.

Regardless of the Robot Athlete category, only one microprocessor, 4 motors and 4 sensors are allowed.

LEGO Athletes should only use batteries or cells as recommended by LEGO, preferably rechargeable.

Robot Athletes should not use Pullback motors.

Robot Athletes should not use pneumatics materials.

Teams are allowed to have as many attachments as they want. Their limitation is that during startups the robot together with the accessory should be a maximum of 25x25 cm with no height limit and fit inside the base.

The extra attachments that are not on the robot must be held by the technicians.
TECHNICAL CONTROL

The initial technical inspection will take place on the day of the Games at a place and time to be determined by the organizers.

During the initial technical check the team will be asked questions on the critical points of the robot program. The team should bring their laptop with the robot program open. If the questions show that a team does not have knowledge of the program then that team is excluded from the Sport.

Technical inspection includes inspection of the robot according to the conditions described above. If he does not meet the specifications, he will not be allowed to compete and will be automatically disqualified from the event.

If a team is not in place during the initial scrutineering, this results in the team being automatically disqualified from the match.

Secondary technical control is also carried out before each match by the referee.
PENTATHLON ARENA

The Arena of the competition is rectangular with dimensions of 172 cm Width and 300 cm Length

Its material is a printable canvas.

Sports objects are 3D printing.

The cost of the arena and its equipment is 150 euros plus shipping costs.
